I would venture to say that there aren't many people out there who can say they have known their best friend since they were 3 years old. But I can. God blessed a little sunbeam to find a kindred spirit in another little sunbeam and 27 years later, here we are. We have had many years where we weren't as close as others, but we have stuck through it all. She has always been very supportive and understanding. I have marveled as she has moved with her little family and seen her overcome her trials again and again. God really does love me the most to have given me such a great friend for so much of my life.
